Our Mission…
Our mission is to cultivate an authentic community of women rooted in God’s Word, where we encourage and pray for one another, openly share our joys and struggles, and seek to hear and learn from God and from each other as we grow together in faith.
What happens at Women of the Word?
Our morning consists of prayer, fellowship and studying God's word. We look at the truth of the Bible in a variety of ways and seek to apply it to our lives so that what we learn becomes experience in our hearts. Our aim is to become more like Jesus and to share the good news with others.
We start with coffee and a chat. Then we usually study the Bible together and share and pray for each other. This is a time and place to meet with God and other women for a time of fellowship and friendship. We have been going for a long time, but we are always happy to welcome new ladies and we look forward to meeting you. Come along and join us, there is no need to sign up.
