Above Bar Church is a vibrant church with three congregations. Two meet at the city centre site in the heart of Southampton, and our East congregation meets at Woodlands Community College in Harefield.
We seek to live out our calling to make and mature disciples of Jesus.
Easter 2026
Good Friday
City @ 10am - Communion Service.
Join us for a special Good Friday service at 10am on 3rd April at City. Children’s groups will be running.
Guildhall Square @ 12noon
A group of Southampton Churches are coming together on Good Friday for a special open-air service in Guildhall Square. Do come along and join us. Our Good Friday service at City will finish with enough time for you to walk over to Guildhall Square.
Easter Sunday
City @ 10am and East 10.15am- Easter All Age
A special all age service for all the family. Come and celebrate Easter with us. There will be no children’s groups during this service, but the creche at City will be open (unstaffed).
City @ 6pm - Baptism Service
Join us as we baptise 2 of our members on Easter Sunday evening.
